The overlap cladding will provide strong support for the structure of the building and resist the elements. This building has been dip treated to provide extra protection and ensure its longevity. and the 20mm cladding contributes to the building's strength and durability. This building has 2 windows to provide natural light and visibility.

This beautiful Shire Garden Studio Summerhouse 10 x 7 has several fantastic features that make it a summerhouse of real quality. Mineral roof felt is supplied as standard to provide extra weather resistance giving an added barrier to damp and rot. With a 44mm x 70mm heavy duty framing, this strongly constructed summerhouse will stand the test of time.

With good quality double doors and two opening windows, both coming with tough double glazing as standard, which is an excellent feature that few other summerhouses can match. Ensuring you will be snug inside. The double doors are also supplied with a mortise lock and key, giving you extra piece of mind when leaving valuables inside.
