The power rack features 2 spotter bars, 2 barbell rests, 2 plate holders and 1 integrated pull-up bar with multiple grip positions. With 28 different height settings, this power rack is perfect for anyone who wants to challenge themselves by engaging in diverse exercises. The power cage is also equipped with 2 bottom fastening plates on each side that can be bolted down for added stability. Assembly is easy.
